This month’s Generation X has leveled up to a 2-hour heatwave, packed with pure rave energy! Kicking things off, with a special glowing mix with the likes of piano house, breaks and jungle setting the pace for the rest of the show. Then, we’re joined by the mighty DJ Mark C, who takes over with an exclusive Oldskool Hardcore Vinyl Set. Before Mark’s set, we sit down for a quick chat, diving into some of his bits and pieces.
Just for the record, Mark C first got his hands on the decks back in 1992, after obsessing over Yaman mixtapes and stepping up to Technics 1200s in '93.
By 2014, he's been producing his own 1992-style rave tracks, releasing tunes with labels such as Kode 5 Recordings, Long Live The Animals, Raveskool, Rinse Repeat, 4 The Core Recordings, and Strictly Nuskool Blog. Still collecting records and producing bangers to this day, Mark returns to the show after 12 years, dropping a massive set once again.
